OUR PROGRAM

The majority of our workouts are 30 minutes long, so you can easily fit one into your schedule. You’ll have 2-3 training sessions a week and meet with a nutritionist every other week. In addition, you are free to come to 1 To 1 Personal Training to do cardio whenever you want.

  • No Memberships!

  • 8-12 sessions a month or 2-3 workouts a week!

  • Bi-Weekly sessions with our nutritionists!

  • 1 month, 3 month, or 6 month packages!

  • 30 minute session - $35; 1 hour session - $60
