Fat Burning Workout

Our fat burning workout will make your daily activities easier to complete, strengthen your heart, lower your risk for cardiovascular disease, and increase your lung capacity. This workout can also be paired with 30 minutes of strength training to get an ideal 60-minute full body workout.

This workout consists of 30 minutes of customized High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). 1 To 1’s trainers will use the help of our cardio equipment, as well as your own bodyweight movements, in our cardio endurance training. Most importantly, we’ll keep you in your target heart rate zone. This is where your body will safely be able to burn the most calories and fat possible, while improving and strengthening your cardiovascular fitness.
