Boot Camp

You have your choice of a 30 or 60-minute, as well as group or individual, boot camp workout. 1 To 1’s Boot Camp consists of a combination of cardio, strength and resistance training using a variety of bodyweight movements and equipment.

You’ll be working with medicine balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, BOSU balls, stability balls, weighted sleds, TRX bands, heavy ropes, plyometrics and more. Our goal is to shock your body by creating routines that help you tone, build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, lose body fat and burn calories. You’ll be able to accomplish this all in one high intensity, fun workout.
